Christ Church is a welcoming, friendly, family Anglican evangelical church marked by informal services with a mixture of the best of the old and new worship music.
We have excellent teams managing our work amongst children, youth and families.
We see our mission in terms of reaching out to all who will hear the good news of Jesus, and to that extent, everything that we do is mission orientated.
Scripture is the key base from which we work, as it is God’s word to every generation. As we love God first, so in deed and word, we reach out to show that love to others.
We are here to encourage spiritual growth, and will prayerfully and practically support any who are willing to listen and respond to God’s call on their life.
Whether you are on holiday, passing through or looking to join a church family, we will be delighted to welcome you to any of our variety of services.

The new Christ Church Website brings lots of useful features that will help us to stay informed and to stay in touch with each other.
This is especially important at a time such as this, when we are going through a Vacancy period.
To gain the most benefit from the site, we need Church Members to sign up. This involves Registering with the website and providing some basic contact info.
The reason we need you to register is that some news and information is only for Church Members’ use – so we are able to control it by only letting members access it when they are logged in using their unique username and password.
As well as many new features within the site, we now have a facebook page and a twitter feed. Click the links to ‘follow’ or ‘Like’ us using those services.
If you have any comments or suggestions, we would like to hear from you. Do get in touch.

Christ Church Baby and Toddler Groups |
|
Our groups run on an informal, drop-in basis, so you are free to come along to any session as you please. We start off with free play. The kitchen is open for refreshments for the whole session. There’s a huge array of goodies on offer; hot and cold drinks, biscuits, cake, fresh fruit and toast in the morning sessions (just in case you’ve missed breakfast!) We all tidy up together about 15 minutes before the end and then gather together for the story and some songs.
